Patricia Farrow wants to make life even simpler for you, credit your account and prepay for services/retail to reduce the amount paid on the day. Some clients have excess credit to prepay in full all their appointments.

Gift Vouchers
A gift voucher is a fantastic gift if you are from out of town or from overseas. You can send us an email, give us a call or if you are local just come on in.
The staff at Patricia Farrow will work out the details with you to make it easy for you. A Patricia Farrow Gift Voucher is a perfect gift to pamper those you care about – for any occasion!

Visa, Mastercard accepted with 1.8% transaction fee. Paywave available.
Cancelling or Rescheduling Policy
Patricia Farrow hairdressing requires a deposit for large services booked. A minimum deposit of $100 will be required at the time of consultation to book the appointment.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment giving us 48 hours (about 2 days) or more, your deposit is either fully refundable or transferrable to your next appointment. Under our 48-hour threshold, there will be a loss of deposit to cover costs and wages.
If you need to move your appointment within our 48-hour time frame, we do have a wait list and will do our best to fill your appointment to the same value and your deposit can be retained for your future appointment. Please note we provide no guarantees.
