CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling or Rescheduling Policy     

Patricia Farrow hairdressing requires a deposit for large services booked.  A minimum deposit of $100 will be required at the time of consultation to book the appointment. 

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel or reschedule your appointment giving us 48 hours (about 2 days) or more, your deposit is either fully refundable or transferrable to your next appointment.  Under our 48-hour threshold, there will be a loss of deposit to cover costs and wages.

If you need to move your appointment within our 48-hour time frame, we do have a wait list and will do our best to fill your appointment to the same value and your deposit can be retained for your future appointment.   Please note we provide no guarantees.
